Fall 2020 Professional Development classes will be held virtually with real-time teacher delivery and interaction.

PLEASE NOTE:  A flex class has been added at the end of the course.  The additional class has been added to make up for a  possible class cancellation due to a campus closure. 

The ultimate goal for any business is to be efficient, reduce waste, increase revenue, and meet the needs of the customer.  The 10-week Process Improvement Management Certificate program, is comprised of the most beneficial business process improvement methods and tools utilized in many industries.  The course provides a practical overview of the methodology and framework in lean and change management principles in business efficiency and productivity.   You will learn to identify and analyze business processes to improve productivity, quality, and streamline operations for efficiency.  The class will cover the theory of lean process improvement, and incorporate hands on exercises to help you analyze business processes and workflows, business performance and standards for a positive customer experience.  The skills you gain in class will be beneficial for all types of organizations, from HR Management, to manufacturing, IT, finance, construction, and healthcare.
