Do you realize that there is amazing science happening every day in your very own kitchen? Explore the chemistry behind cooking as you make butter, cause chemical reactions, and create yummy treats. Learn about candy making through experimentation with chocolate and sugar. Test to see if you are a supertaster and take the Juice-Tasting Challenge. Bring molecular gastronomy into the mix and you’ve got a recipe for fun. All of our experiments can easily be shared with family and friends, and taste testing is strongly encouraged. So, let’s have some fun and play with our food while learning the science behind it!
