Break out of an EXCEL-designed maze/escape room, then use what you learn to create your own. Investigate an array of puzzle types and discover the intricate systems for puzzle flow. Experiment with padlocks, simple circuitry, magnets, black lights, invisible ink, codes and ciphers as you design the mechanisms and of your room. Work with a team of fellow designers to develop clues, interactive objects, and challenges that lead players to a logical solution. At Friday’s Open House after plenty of testing, invite your family and friends to puzzle their way out of your escape room creation.
